Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to work with Richard Crookes Constructions on their Safety Reset Day. Led by Tamara Jonson, the RCC Safety Team created an immersive experience in two sessions that took 300 Richard Crookes leaders on a journey of how their decisions affect others and the ripple they create.

Bruce Whitehead from Mock Court International set the scene by recreating an experience that left the participants with a more mature understanding of accountability, decision making, and consequences. Dallas Adams, a powerful speaker, took us on an emotional roller coaster and brought it all home with his story of losing both his brother in 2004 and his father in 2017 in separate workplace accidents.

Dallas's story is raw and powerful, tying in with Mock Court International's messages, especially in construction.
