Two-week tailored programme delivered across multiple OTG sites in downtown Toronto. Coordinated across shifts, languages, and rotating crews on complex tunnelling, station integration, and live infrastructure interfaces.

A consistent culture-setting moment across the OTG workforce in the first weeks of 2026, with hospitality, conversations, and engagement that fed directly into the project's Transforming Safety Together campaign.
